Boxy Type # 1 RAPTOR model, designed for robotic feeding to high speed CNC machines, offers the most effective solution to your single machine loading and unloading operations and impresses with its superior price performance ratio.
It is developed with the experience gained from the Type # 1 Raptor model, which was designed 4 years ago, and creates a new style in the feed unit models for a single CNC machine. Designed to avoid all the worries about the easy use of bench loading and unloading systems, Type # 1 Raptor continues to add innovations to the industry with the automatic programming software created by our Turkish engineers with local opportunities.
7kg Robot option Type # 1 Raptor model can perform loading and unloading operations of small and medium sized workpieces without any problems. The Type # 1 Raptor, which comes with 5 drawers in 600 mm X 400 mm dimensions, can stock heavy parts without any problems thanks to the 40 kg load that each drawer can carry. The drawer system, which is developed against tailor-made automation systems where the conveyor systems take up a lot of space, offers the opportunity to work without operator for long hours.
